Mr. Pass joined Ponder & Co.'s Mergers and Acquisitions Group in 2011. His day to day responsibilities include developing financial models for engagement projects, assisting in preparation of presentations for client pitches and for engagement projects, maintaining the M&A comparable transaction database and assisting in due diligence related to transactions.

Prior to joining Ponder & Co., he worked as an Engineer-In-Training for Gresham Smith & Partners. In addition, he also interned for Arthur Laffer's macro-economic investment and research firm, Laffer Associates. Mr. Pass received his Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Vanderbilt University in 2009.
