Frank Taylor
Mr. Taylor joined Ponder & Co. in 2002 and opened the firm's New York office. He has provided capital financial advisory services to the healthcare industry for 25 years. His focus has been advising hospitals and healthcare systems on raising capital. He has assisted clients in issuing more than $10 billion in capital, primarily through the tax-exempt bond markets. Mr. Taylor has experience with the full array of debt products and bond/credit structures available in the marketplace. He has worked with clients to structure approximately $1 billion in interest rate swaps and other derivative products, and also has provided merger/acquisition/divestiture services. Mr. Taylor spent the past 18 years as an investment banker to the healthcare industry, with Salomon Brothers, Prudential Securities and Cain Brothers. Prior to that, he was Executive Director of the Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority and Deputy Director of the Illinois Health Facilities Authority. Mr. Taylor earned a bachelor's degree from Providence College and a master's degree in business administration from Boston University.
