Ms. Means re-joined Ponder in 2011, having worked at the firm for eight years during the 1990s, and has over 33 years of experience in providing investment banking and financial advisory services to healthcare systems, academic medical centers, senior living facilities and other not for profit organizations. She has extensive strategic capital markets experience with the full array of tax-exempt and taxable debt, loans, derivatives and credit products in the marketplace.

Ms. Means most recently managed the healthcare finance group at RBC Capital Markets, was a senior investment banker with J.P. Morgan and prior to joining Ponder in the 90s, founded an advisory firm specializing in senior living. Prior to that, Ms. Means managed the health care group of a regional investment banking firm for two years during her ten years in both Texas and Florida.

Ms. Means received a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and attended the graduate College of Business at the University of St. Thomas.
