Ms. Daugherty joined Ponder in 2008 and has over 22 years of experience in providing investment banking and financial advisory services to hospital systems, academic medical centers, public hospitals and HMOs. She has completed transactions totaling over $12 billion for healthcare providers, including tax-exempt and taxable debt issues, derivatives transactions and credit facilities. In addition, she has assisted clients with acquisitions, divestitures, and joint venture opportunities. In addition to NMHC, her client relationships included Catholic Health Initiatives (Denver, CO), SSM Health Care (St. Louis, MO), and New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation. As an investment banker, Ms. Daugherty maintained long-standing relationships with her clients through an emphasis on consistent, unbiased advice and advocacy in the capital markets.

Ms. Daugherty received an A.B. cum laude in Economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from New York University.
