Mr. Timmermann joined Ponder & Co. in 1985. His primary responsibilities include supervising all accounting and financial aspects of the company as well as human resources and corporate matters. Prior to joining Ponder & Co., Mr. Timmermann worked at a regional bank.

Mr. Timmermann is a Certified Public Accountant and also holds various NASD licenses. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with degrees in Accounting and Finance. Mr. Timmermann serves on a local school endowment foundation as a member of their finance committee.
