Ken Downey
Mr. Downey joined Ponder & Company in 2003. His responsibilities include servicing the firm's existing clients as well as developing and coordinating Ponder's new business initiatives for hospitals, hospital systems, and other not-for-profit institutions. Prior to joining Ponder, Mr. Downey worked for several years in the institutional investment consulting business. His clients were primarily endowments and foundations in the education and healthcare industry. He has extensive experience in advising institutional investors on developing sound investment policy, structuring appropriate asset allocation strategies, selecting top-tier money managers, and providing meaningful performance analysis. Mr. Downey holds the NASD Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Vanderbilt University. He has served on the Parish Council at the Cathedral of the Incarnation in Nashville and currently serves on the Trust Advisory Committee of the Nashville Symphony. « Return to previous page |
