Ms. Moscatello has over 25 years experience in healthcare finance. Prior to joining Ponder & Co. in June 2004, Ms. Moscatello worked for 7 years at a New York financial advisory firm where she completed over $1.3 billion in capital financing transactions including municipal bond issues, derivative structures and capital and operating lease financings. As part of the financial advisory team, Ms. Moscatello provided extensive quantitative analysis to clients to assist them in evaluating financing transactions and alternative structures, as well as to determine the impact of financings on debt capacity. She also assisted clients in providing disclosure to the investment community and in developing credit strategies. Her clients included several major national healthcare systems and higher education institutions.

Prior to her advisory experience, Ms. Moscatello worked for 14 years at the Saint Barnabas Health Care System in New Jersey where she was responsible for the system's capital financing. She began her career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey.

Ms. Moscatello holds a BA degree from Rutgers University. She is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of CPA's, NJ Society of CPA's and an Advanced Member of Healthcare Financial Management Association.
