Ms. Saunders joined Ponder & Co in 2002. She has day to day responsibilities supporting the Capital Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions and Derivatives groups with all aspects of Ponder's business including conducting industry and company research, developing and preparing presentations, proposals and other deliverables, performing financial analysis, exposure to all elements of transactions and performing various business development and administrative tasks.

Ms. Saunders holds a BA degree from DePaul University.
